- Perform all duties required at each station: loading, cutting, rolling, and packaging. Rotate on a consistent basis
- Inspection of mats at all rotational positions and ability to identify defective product and packaging
- General understanding of the correct procedure for packaging each size of mats
- Basic mathematic skills for counting and stacking of mats for production to meet customer needs
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and filled out properly
- Basic computer skills to enter inventory
- Assist in labelling if requested /needed
- Assist if needed in the reinspection/rework of product at the end of a production or non-production days
- Following procedures and specs pertaining to job title to ensure consistency
- Assist in the inventory count for year-end if requested
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace/station
- Safely perform all tasks according to company Safety Rules and Policies
