Aqua Bay is a locally owned retail, service and construction company located in Belleville and Kingston. We offer a wide selection of products: specializing in swimming pools, spas, patio furniture, water softeners, UV systems, barbeques, boat docks, boat lifts, darts, billiards, game tables, and saunas. Aqua Bay offers goods and services to residential and commercial clients, striving for the highest quality workmanship and ultimate client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and satisfaction through consistent application of store processes and standards (e.g. cleanliness, pricing integrity).
- Processing sales, cash and transaction handling, cash counting.
- Maintain and promote a close working relationship with staff which includes receiving direction, feedback and training relative to policies and procedures
- Managing inventory selection through effective merchandising.
- Generate leads and qualify customers for sales/installations.
- Opening/Closing duties.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What do we need from you?
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Experience working with demanding/difficult cliental.
- Previous retail experience in a store environment (3-5 years experience an asset).
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with others.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Available anytime (day/evening/weekends)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Systems skills (Email, CRM, and Microsoft applications).
- Minimum grade 12 education (required).
- Experience in customer relations and product merchandising.
- Works hands on.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds easily.
- Charismatic and carries a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
