Gather previous production package(s) and use them to verify the accuracy of the recipe, prior to weighing out, with the manager
Record numbers and notes clearly and initial all work
Follow all work instructions and safety procedures
Identify allergens (soy, sesame, milk, tree nuts, mustard, wheat, sulphites, coconut) on our allergen list
Able to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg)
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
Perform various quality control checks
Testing finished products, recording and submitting to production package
Maintain a flexible approach to work and meet all team-based production needs
Maintain a strict level of personal hygiene which includes adhering to all health and safety protocol
Follow all Sprague Foods protocol
