What you’ll do to be successful In the role:

  • Operate and maintain small format print production equipment to ensure the timely and precise production of marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Collaborate with the design team to execute graphic design tasks, including creating print-ready artwork, adjusting layouts, and ensuring files meet print production requirements.
  • Assist in the design and development of marketing materials, such as signage, event banners, business cards, and promotional items, using the Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Maintain inventory of print materials and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of printing supplies and substrates.
  • Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure color accuracy, resolution, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to small format printing equipment and software.
  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and providing input on design concepts and visual elements for various print projects.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proficiency in using small format print production equipment and software, with experience in print file preparation and color management.
  • A fundamental understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and modify print-ready artwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of quality assurance in printed materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight production deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the capability to collaborate with the design team to execute creative concepts and design objectives.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Previous experience in a print production or design-related role is an asset but not a requirement for highly motivated candidates with relevant skills.
