The TCS Group of Companies has an opening for an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO within our busy, expanding, third party logistics organization.

Established in 1902, at Trenton Cold Storage our specialty is customized temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution. We provide Canada with more than 34,000,000 cubic feet of cold storage and refrigerated warehouse space in our seven Ontario and two Alberta facilities.

The Personal Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in supporting the Chairman and President.

Schedule: General hours of work are Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm. On occasion after hours support may be required (nights and weekends). This is an in-person position based in Trenton, Ontario

Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package including, health and dental benefits as well as a pension plan.

Key Accountabilities:

· Duties include but are not limited to arranging travel plans, scheduling appointments, drafting internal and external correspondence, preparing draft reports, preparing and reviewing presentations, background documentation and research, take and transcribe dictation notes, review, evaluate and distribute priority correspondence

· Complete expense reports and assist with reconciliation of personal expenses for the president

· Personal administrative duties for the President and Chairman

· Maintain confidentiality and present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries or other persons

· Handles all matters promptly; follows up to completion

· Assist with general office and other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate will possess:

Education & Experience

· Post -Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline required.

· 5 years’ experience in an executive administrative role preferred.

· Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience preparing presentations

· Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Accountability and dependability; Attention to detail; Planning and organizing; Time Management;

· Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high energy level.
