Black Bear Ridge is a small business doing big things! A burgeoning four season resort featuring Eastern Ontario’s Top Rated Public Course (Ranked 59th in Canada) We are headed into our second season operating 40 beds per night in our 4 large format Short Term Rental Accommodations. We offer a restaurant and a quick service “food truck” and e deliver ‘laid-back’ luxury experience for our guests. Our goal is to create a positive work environment where you can do good work, are treated well and earn a fair wage.
Responsibilities
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day.
High level of professionalism.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
