We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Foam Insulator to join our team preferably a woman as we are an all woman team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for preparing worksite and installing spray foam insulation and blown in insulation materials in various structures to improve energy efficiency and maintain temperature control. Your attention to detail and ability to work with hand tools will be essential in this role.
```Duties```
- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas as needed
- Seal gaps and cracks
- Apply fire-retardant coatings when necessary
- Use hand tools such as knives, and tape measures to complete tasks
- Clean work areas and dispose of waste materials properly
```Experience```
- Previous experience in spray foam insulation installation is preferred
- Familiarity with building materials and construction techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools such as knives, saws, and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
