You’ll love your position as a General Manager:

  • Lead and manage all dealership departments, including sales, service, parts, and finance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of automotive professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising.
  • Manage and cultivate a strong work culture and strong employee morale through events, community engagement, awards, daily recognition, etc.
  • Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and maintain strong relationships to optimize dealership performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, dealership policies, and business practices.

We’d love to hear from you, if:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a General Manager within the automotive industry with in-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance.
  • Strong proficiency in DMS, CRM and other automotive technology/platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data on a daily basis and make informed decisions to drive business success.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
  • OMVIC certification.
