Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our landscapes and gardens. Your expertise in landscape maintenance and gardening techniques will contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health
- Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscape plans
- Weed and remove debris from gardens and flower beds
- Monitor plant health and apply fertilizers
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in gardening
- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- Proficiency in operating power tools used in landscaping
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
