What you bring: Two years of excellence in retail, vet tech and/or customer service, enthusiasm for continued learning and growth in the pet care industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to grow the business by focusing on performance and results, skills in building the store team plus strong customer & community relationships. This position requires ongoing learning with deadlines, the ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and to participate in general store upkeep (cleaning, restocking, inventory management etc.). This rewarding position is for full time (30+ hours/wk). Wages are based on experience and responsibilities. Shifts will be days, evenings and weekends.
