As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative support to ensure all E-commerce customer accounts are efficiently, timely and accurately reconciled. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts and match transactions & payments daily
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Interact with sales, warehouse, returns and other departments to investigate mismatched documents
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve account inconsistencies
- Assisting in generating financial reports
- Administrative duties such as filing and other general office tasks that may be requested by management.

This role is digital / computer intensive & strong Excel skills are essential.
