A Suitable Candidate will have:
- Management comes second nature! Managing service techs, detailers, service advisors and more is your idea of a great day..
- Increase KPIs such as Gross Sales, Profitability, Loyalty, CSI, etc
- Mentorship, development and motivation are the three hats you wear proudly.
- Address escalated customer concerns efficiently & effectively.
- Excel at mentoring, training, and motivating to drive team performance.
- Work with department managers throughout the store.
- CDK experience? AMAZING!
Qualifications:
- Service Manager Experience (GM preferred but not required)
- Dealership Program Experience (CDK, Autopoint, Kimoby, Vinsolutions, etc)
- Exceptional organizational abilities and realistic time management skills.
- Proficiency in verbal & written English communication.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
Must be located near Belleville. Ability to relocate or reliably commute to the dealership is required.

Salary: $110,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
