• Review contracts and ensure they are negotiated and executed by both parties with the help of directors and contract administration
• Develop schedule of values for project invoicing
• Send progress invoices and backups to client
• Obtain firm 3rd. Party quotes and finalize purchase including issuing of POs.
• Liaise with engineering, shop, site and client for project schedule and issues
• Ensure all change orders from various sources are identified, quantified and approved by client
• Review shop drawing package for release to shop for any shortcomings
• Phase the project as maybe required to meet client’s needs, cashflow and shop schedule
• Create and maintain project schedule. Ensure adherence to master schedule for all project executions
• Work towards ensuring projects are executed ahead of schedule and below budget.
• Understands Study and comprehend client expectations, contract details and TAZARMC scope
• Lead all aspect of project procurement
• Ensure project metrics are tracked
• Liaison with Field Superintendent for proper project execution.
• Liaison with Fabrication team for proper project scheduling and issues.
Experience: 5-10 years relevant experience
Education: structural engineering background/ structural detailing or proven equivalent experience in similar field

Salary: 65K - 95K Salary can be negotiated based on experience and career achievements
