Creative Culinary Delights

An artist comes in various forms. Some artists can impress with colourful visual depictions, while some find their forte in turning an empty dinner table into a work of art with skillfully crafted delicacies. Ralph G. Saint-Dic, a chef in the Bay of Quinte known for his culinary expertise, creates art on every plate.

Chef Ralph’s Creative Culinary Delights provides catering and event planning services across the Quinte region. It is his passion for food and cooking that fuels the success of his venture. He has created a thriving local business that delights the taste buds of Quinte residents and tourists.

Saint-Dic is a Loyalist College alumnus. He graduated from the Culinary Skills & Culinary Management program at the Belleville campus in 2015. After his graduation, he hit the ground running on planning for his catering venture. He studied the various regulations around starting a business and completed some training programs at the Small Business Centre in Belleville.

“Besides my passion for food, I love life and I love people,” he says. “I enjoy sharing my positive energy in my style of cooking.”

With a clear vision in mind about where and how he planned to channel his passion for cooking, Chef Ralph launched Creative Culinary Delights in 2018.

“Besides my passion for food, I love life and I love people,” he says. “I enjoy sharing my positive energy in my style of cooking. All that passion is what fueled me to launch Creative Culinary Delights three years after my graduation.”

The catering company offers a wide range of services to delight the taste buds of Quinte residents, from baked favourites like cookies and pastries to full-fledged buffet catering.

Creative Culinary Delights’ social media pages garner lots of love from locals and beyond for the delectable treats they feature. Saint-Dic’s business is highly rated by patrons and was nominated as one of the top three caterers in Belleville.

Saint-Dic is a Belleville resident and loves the community that supports his business. He loves the peace and quiet of the city. “Being such a small and quiet area makes it a great place to grow a family and meet amazing people,” he says.

He also notes the advantage of running a business in Belleville and the Quinte region with proximity to major cities like Toronto and Montreal. It helps businesses grow and easily expand their services, while business owners can enjoy living in a tight-knit community.

As a result, Creative Culinary Delights continues to grow while calling Belleville home. Chef Ralph speaks highly of the small business scene in Quinte and the opportunities that the region provides. He is grateful for the support from the people here and fellow business owners.

The Quinte region has “so many opportunities to volunteer, support each other as family and business owners, especially during these challenging times,” he says.
