Zenergy Health & Wellness is looking for a motivated, outgoing, flexible and friendly Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. Our dedication to providing our clients with quality caring, compassionate and professional services in a stress free environment is what continues to keep our clients returning, referring us and giving us positive feedback. This in turn has created a need for another RMT to accommodate our growing clientele. Experience is an asset but not necessary as we welcome new grads to apply.
Job Summary, Requirements & Key Responsibilities.
Provide on-going exceptional service to new and existing clients.
Providing different types of massage based on client needs - Such as deep tissue and/or relaxation. Treatments for injury, rehabilitation and pre-natal.
Other modalities are an asset but not required, such as Hot Stone, Cupping, Acupressure, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage and Thai massage. We encourage ongoing education and learning to assist in our ability to treat our clients effectively and contribute to their health and wellbeing.
Complete all administration required in accordance with company and CMTO procedures.
Evaluate and adjust treatments when necessary, providing the appropriate therapy plans for clients based on their needs, goals and preferences.
Communicate effectively, positively and professionally with clients, and other team members.
You must be an RMT in good standing with the CMTO and be in possession of up to date professional liability insurance
Updated CPR & First Aid Training
You will be an employee of Zenergy Health & Wellness with deductions and vacation pay reflected during each pay period.
You will be paid bi-weekly - - every other Friday
Salary - commission on all services provided (Experience will be a factor in your starting ROP. We will discuss in person with eligible candidates)
Flexibility in hours - we ask that our team members be flexible in their availability offering some mornings, evenings and potentially one Saturday a month.
