IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL GET TO:
Prepare and communicate proactive analysis to support plant initiatives and be engaged in bringing best practices and efficiencies to the plant.
Prepare month-end closing entries and plant performance reports, perform monthly variance analysis of plant spend vs. last year, vs. budget and vs. forecast.
Perform annual standard cost roll and related analytics.
Prepare annual budget and forecasts for operations.
Maintain inventory analysis and reconciliation, cycle count, excess & obsolete inventory process for the plant.
Provide information requested by Audit and Tax department to ensure adherence to policy or meet target.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of relevant experience with journal entries and cost accounting.
Must have experience in SAP, Oracle or equivalent ERP system.
