POSITION: Database/Enrolment Associate

Start Date: February 22, 2023

To provide support in the Enrolment Office and assist with database management, recruitment and enrolment management, from the stages prior to initial inquiry through to registration and retention.

The successful candidate should:
• have extensive database management and analytical skills (Core Enrolment Management System would be an asset)
• be well-versed in creative marketing, demographic analysis, targeted communication and strategic enrolment management
• superior organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines in a busy, multi-task environment
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with prospective families, current parents, students, faculty and all Albert constituencies
• adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with unexpected events and ability to balance several ongoing projects

• The ability to respond to emails and inquiries at unconventional hours due to International market and direct competition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with prospective families, current parents, students, faculty and all Albert constituencies
• Confident in delivering recruitment presentations in small and large group settings
• Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with unexpected events and ability to balance several ongoing events
• Extensive computer knowledge of EMS/Core database management, word processing, excel spreadsheets, mail and general administrative skills gained through educational training
• Tact, diplomacy and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must possess a valid driver’s license

Other Compensation Details

Wage rage between $38,000 - $42,000
