Cheddaring, milling, scooping and pressing cheese.
Prepare and fill hoops and put into presses.
Remove cheese from presses and hoops.
Clean and sanitize vats, hoops, cheese press and all other cheese making equipment.
Measure and accurately record added ingredients.
Follow all GMP, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
Become familiar with HACCP.
Complete paperwork as assigned, accurately and legibly.
Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Physical Requirements:
1) Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, grab, push, pull, hold and carry.
2) Must be able to perform repetitive motion work.
3) Lift up to 40lbs.
4) Standing, walking, and climbing for 8+ hours a day.
5) Must be able to handle hot and humid environment of 80+ degrees
