Venture Carpets is seeking a dependable and team-oriented General Labourer to join our finishing department. This position involves splitting time between operating the line as a backup operator and working as an attendant on the tile line.

Key Responsibilities:

Backup Operator Duties:

  • Start and shut down the production line
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Follow the production schedule

Tile Line Attendant Duties:

  • Inspect tiles for quality
  • Place tiles in trays and palletize orders

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset
  • Reliable and able to work well with others

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
When operating the line: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
