Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in the Light/Medium/Heavy Duty truck, or Construction industry? Tim’s Truck & Equipment Service is looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill a Parts Associate opening on our growing team. You will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

  • A solid working knowledge of truck and/or equipment parts
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Navistar, Cummins and/or Karmak an asset
  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated and independent with a sense of urgency and attention to detail is critical
  • Great interpersonal skills with a team player attitude
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written in fluent English language
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Able to physically handle up to 50lbs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving customers and technicians at the front and back Parts counters
  • Identifying and sourcing necessary parts for a variety of jobs
  • Sourcing and ordering parts from a wide variety of vendors
  • Searching company and supplier databases to locate parts
  • Working safely in accordance with WSIB and company policy and procedures.

Expected hours: 42.5 – 47.5 per week
