Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages: Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
Customer interaction: Take orders, provide recommendations, and engage in conversation to enhance the customer experience.
Inventory management: Restock and replenish bar supplies and inventory.
Compliance: Verify customers’ age to ensure legal drinking age and adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
Cash handling: Process payments, balance cash receipts, and record sales.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Menu planning: Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bartender.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Must have Smart Serve Certification
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant training or certification in bartending is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and maneuver trays of food and beverages (up to 30 lbs).
