Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
  • Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies

Requirements

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
  • Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
  • Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising, inventory, and POS operations efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management
  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach
