Duties

Provide daily care and supervision for pets and other animals housed in the clinic, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Maintain cleanliness of kennels, bedding, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards and prevent illness.
Assist veterinary staff with animal care procedures, including administering medications or treatments as directed.
Heavy lifting of supplies or animals may be required to ensure proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills to address client questions professionally and empathetically.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout shifts.
  • Familiarity with animal restraint methods to ensure safety during routine procedures or emergencies.
