Join Plan A Kingston & Quinte, the backup plan for Long-Term Care homes, and help ensure that our partnered homes, their staff, and residents are supported when it matters most.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable healthcare professionals eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors. As part of our casual team, you’ll commit to working a minimum of 6 shifts per month, with the flexibility to pick up more shifts based on availability and interest.

What You Can Expect:

  • Dynamic Scheduling: We use a scheduling APP to notify employees of short-notice shift opportunities. Site-specific orientation is required before working independently. Shifts are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those already oriented at the site.
  • Wide Range of Shifts: We offer diverse options, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. We expect flexibility in supporting the needs of our partners as our schedules depend on their requirements, and we rely on collaboration to ensure all needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborative Support: Be part of a team that values autonomy, fast-paced learning, and the chance to work in varied environments.
  • What You Bring:

  • Strong autonomy and decision-making skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Posses professional and articulate communication skills when interacting with Plan A and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Recognized BSCN program & Must be registered with CNO.
