The Boyer Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Co-Ordinator/ Business Development Representative to join one of our dealerships in Napanee, Ontario. As a Service Team member, you will be responsible for helping book service appointments, monitor the scheduling processes , develop and build a strong rapport with customers, perform administrative and clerical duties as well as ensuring that each customer receives excellent service experience.

The Boyer Auto Group has locations that run across Central Ontario with Dealerships in Pickering, Lindsay, Cobourg, Bancroft, Napanee, Belleville , Trenton & Stirling .

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling of day-to-day Service work orders.
  • Direct and schedule phone appointment requests
  • Handle customer concerns related to service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction via follow up calls
  • Strive for customer loyalty, and maintain high customer CSI.
  • Perform internal administration .
  • Effectively work with other staff in service operations.
  • Other duties as required.

What We Look For:

  • Previous customer service experience in an Automotive setting
  • Experience with domestic brands an asset
  • Strong self motivated individual who has high levels of performance
  • Valuable client relation skills, with track record of retaining long term relationships
  • Individual who strives on their productivity and achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong computer skills.Valid Ontario Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (required)
  • dealership: 1 year (preferred)
