Paul Walls & Sons Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Renovation Operations Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial renovation projects. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with clients and crews, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple residential and commercial renovation projects from start to finish.
- Lead, mentor, and support field crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain regular communication with homeowners and clients throughout all stages of the project.
- Prepare, review, and manage change orders.
- Assist with scheduling employees, subcontractors, and project timelines.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are in place before each phase of construction.
- Conduct quality control inspections and proactively resolve job site challenges.
- Work alongside crews when required to support project progress and deadlines.
- Provide daily project updates and maintain communication with company management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential renovations, construction, or general contracting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is considered a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of renovation sequencing, construction methods, and building practices.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital project management tools.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence.
