Olympic 76 Restaurant - Belleville

Olympic 76 is currently seeking skilled and motivated Cook to join their team at their Belleville location.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Assist with inventory control, food rotation, and minimizing waste
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Contribute ideas for daily specials, menu enhancements, and process improvements

Qualifications:

Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
Strong understanding of food safety and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
Solid communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Culinary training is an asset but not required
Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
Valid Smart Serve Certificate
