The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing day‑to‑day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly, maintenance, and basic repairs of machinery, or equipment
- Perform general labour duties such as loading/unloading, site cleanup, and material handling
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely
- Support technicians or senior staff with mechanical tasks as required
- Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with tools or equipment is an asset
- Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous labour or mechanical experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset with reliable transportation
