McInroy Solutions is currently hiring a general labourer that is mechanically inclined to join their team. This position combines professional driving with general labour duties. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing day‑to‑day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with assembly, maintenance, and basic repairs of machinery, or equipment
  • Perform general labour duties such as loading/unloading, site cleanup, and material handling
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely
  • Support technicians or senior staff with mechanical tasks as required
  • Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with tools or equipment is an asset
  • Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Previous labour or mechanical experience is an asset but not required
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset with reliable transportation

Working Conditions

Combination of driving and physical labour
Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Occasional overtime or weekend work depending on operational needs
