Maglicious is seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor/Food Service Supervisor to help lead their new team in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. This role includes overseeing daily operations, supporting and guiding crew members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food safety and quality standards. The Supervisor will assist with scheduling, training new staff, coordinating tasks during busy periods, and ensuring both front‑ and back‑of‑house areas run smoothly. Position Overview
The Supervisor / Food Service Supervisor plays a key leadership role in daily shop operations. This position supports the management team by overseeing crew members, ensuring smooth workflows, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and experienced in food service or retail leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Support
  • Supervise, motivate, and support crew members throughout each shift
  • Assist with training new staff on procedures, customer service, and food preparation
  • Delegate tasks and ensure efficient shift flow

Operational Duties

  • Oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
  • Handle cash management, POS oversight, and end‑of‑day procedures

Customer Service

  • Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Assist customers and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
  • Lead by example to uphold Maglicious’ service standards

Requirements

  • Willing to start immediately
  • Experience in food service or retail, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
  • Managing Food Safety Certification (willing to obtain)
