Landscaping & Snowplowing

Snowplow Drivers Wanted – $22 to $30/hr + Season-End Bonus – Belleville, Quinte West & Prince Edward County

Go-getters only. Love winter? Love a challenge? Let’s talk.

Lamer Landscaping & Snowplowing has kept Belleville, Quinte West and Prince Edward County moving since 1999. We’re looking for 2 to 3 experienced, driven plow operators to join our winter team for the 2026-27 season.

What the job really is:
When it snows, you’re out, often overnight and early mornings, sometimes for long shifts. You’ll run a mostly residential route with some commercial properties, working on your own. Expect some shovelling at steps, walkways and entrances. We trust you to get it done right, without anyone looking over your shoulder.

Who we want:
– Go-getters who take charge and don’t wait to be told
– Experienced plow drivers who are proud of their work. Experience is a must
– Valid G licence and a clean driving record
– Fit and active. You’ll be in and out of the truck all night
– Positive, upbeat and a team player
– If you’d rather find solutions than excuses, you’ll fit right in
– Reliable. When the call comes at 2 a.m., you answer
– Semi-retired, seasonally laid off, or just love being out in the snow? Perfect

What you get:
– $22 to $30 an hour based on experience
– A season-end bonus
– A newer truck, 2 to 3 years old, with a Western Wideout plow
– A respected local company with a real team behind you

To apply, answer this: Tell us about a storm where things went sideways and how you handled it.

We hire attitude first. Skills we can work with.

Positions fill before the first snowfall. Apply today.
