Position Summary: Perform mowing, trimming, site cleanup, detailing, and general landscape maintenance work as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities: Complete lawn and property maintenance work for our residential and commercial customers. Support mowing, trimming, cleanup and detailing. Follow direction from the Lead Hand and/or Supervisor. Work safely and professionally on sites. Help keep trucks, tools, and equipment organized.

Qualifications: Strong work ethic. Dependable, Ability to work outdoors in changing weather. Maintenance experience an asset.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Shows up, reliable, works hard. Takes direction well. Cares about quality. Wants to build skills in the field.

Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license with a Clean Driver’s Abstract. Experience in the field in a professional setting.
