Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Laborer to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscape maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of horticulture, gardening, and landscape care, with the ability to operate mechanical and hand tools effectively. The Lawn Technician will play a vital role in ensuring client properties are well-kept, healthy, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing
Operate equipment such as 0-Turn mowers, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently
Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes
Conduct gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching to promote healthy growth
Maintain equipment through routine inspections and mechanical repairs as needed
Assist with construction projects related to landscape improvements or installations
Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized following company standards
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries professionally
Qualifications

Prior experience or knowledge in horticulture, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is advantageous
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction-related equipment is desirable
Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair is a plus
Ability to operate excavators or other heavy machinery is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols
Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation and travel between job sites
