Landscape Construction Lead Hand

Lamer Landscaping & Snowplowing Ltd.

Are you an experienced landscape construction professional ready to lead a crew and take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces? We are looking for a Landscape Construction Leader who knows the trade inside and out and can lead by example on-site.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supervising a construction crew on residential and commercial projects

Building and overseeing projects including: Decks, Fences, Interlock/hardscaping, Armor stone installation, Pool Installs, Shoreline work.

Reading plans and executing projects efficiently and accurately

Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to high-quality standards

Maintaining a safe, organized job site

Communicating with clients and management as needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Lead Hand/Crew Leader in landscape construction

Strong hands-on experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills, Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding outdoor environment, Reliable, Punctual and takes pride in their work.

Valid Drivers Licence and Clean Drivers Abstract must be submitted

AR Licence would be preferred
