Our goal is to serve the highest‑quality sub sandwiches, with genuine gratitude and care for every guest who walks through our doors. We embrace a culture of giving, where supporting our communities and helping others succeed is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role:

Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is a hands-on, people-driven leader who creates a welcoming environment for both guests and team members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with others, leading conversations, and building strong relationships that inspire great service and a positive team culture.

The RGM is responsible for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant (generally 15-30 employees) while ensuring high quality food and exceptional guest satisfaction.

In this role, you are responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, maintaining brand standards, and upholding all corporate policies and procedures. This role also includes leading effective training and development, supporting employee retention, and driving key restaurant outcomes, including increased sales and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee efficient, accurate food preparation and product sales to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns effectively.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations, food safety standards, brand guidelines, company policies, and government and employment laws are consistently followed.
  • Maintain a restaurant that is clean, organized, and well‑kept, including proper preventive maintenance and correct use of all equipment and facilities.
  • Lead overall operating performance by identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and delivering strong results across all operational KPIs; proactively address operational gaps and risks.
  • Execute approved local marketing initiatives and limited‑time offers (LTOs) to support brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales growth.
  • Take full responsibility for P&L performance; review financial and operational reports, identify trends, and take action to improve results while balancing short‑ and long‑term goals.
  • Manage labor costs to meet targets, control food costs through accurate inventory practices and waste reduction, and follow all cash‑control and security procedures, including reconciliations and deposits.
  • Maintain inventory and manage brand‑standard prep and par systems to support daily business needs.
  • Recruit, select, hire, onboard, and retain effective team talent; maintaining a bench plan for future leaders.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management; address performance issues through training and progressive discipline when necessary.
  • Delegate effectively to build team capability while remaining accountable for overall restaurant performance.
  • Resolve team concerns promptly and foster a safe, inclusive, respectful, and positive work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong decision‑making, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
  • Maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with consistent, on‑time attendance for all scheduled shifts, meetings, and training.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
  • 2-4 years of restaurant management experience, ideally within a QSR environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to other locations for training, coverage, daily bank deposits, stock pickups, or other business needs, including occasional travel to the USA.
  • English language proficiency, including clear verbal communication and strong reading comprehension.
  • Strong math skills and proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems, along with the ability to complete all required internal certification programs.
  • Proven leadership and development skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and support restaurant employees.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, including identifying and resolving complex issues and applying new approaches when needed.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and skills across a range of tasks, including more complex or technical responsibilities; may serve as a resource to others.
  • Ability to understand guest needs, assess situations, and provide solutions to non‑routine requests.
  • Ability to manage the restaurant budget and provide guidance for operating effectively within that budget.
  • Strong teamwork orientation, with the ability to support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
