Holiday Inn Express is seeking a reliable, customer-focused and detail orientated Housekeeper/ Housekeeper Inspector to join their team at Holiday Inn Express. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Position Overview:

Housekeeper: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Housekeeper Inspector: Oversees housekeeping operations, inspects rooms for quality assurance, and ensures compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Replace linens, restock amenities, and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.

For Inspector role: Conduct room inspections, train and support housekeeping staff, and ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred; inspector role requires leadership experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
