Office Administration
- Successful completion of a college diploma in office administration or other equivalent study area, from a recognized educational institution. (business administration, accounting etc.)
- A minimum of five (5) years of recent and related experience preferably working within a large and complex environment.
- Advanced technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Superior work ethic, professionalism, resourcefulness and reliability.
- Proven ability to make decisions, exercise judgment and take initiative in dealing with confidential information and/or in responding to inquiries.
- Flexible with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking and dynamic environment.
- Maintain detailed communication notes in the database
- Other duties/projects as required
- Assisting Senior Management with various administrative tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
