H2Supplements is seeking a versatile, tech‑savvy professional who combines strong business administration skills with hands‑on technical expertise. We are seeking someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a growing online start-up company. We have several successfully running websites as well as a host of new sites and apps to develop. We want to find an ambitious individual who is willing to start at a low wage/salary with a huge opportunity for bonuses based solely on your contributions to the company’s growth. We are under pressure from obligations to grow and increase profits asap. If your contributions impact company growth, you will be entitled to strong bonuses. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage operations, build or maintain applications, and strengthen our brand through a thoughtful, creative social media strategy. This position is a freelance subcontractor role offering flexible work arrangements, including remote work or a home base in Picton, with room for growth and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Administration

  • Manage day‑to‑day business operations and workflow
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal communication
  • Support project coordination and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and administrative systems

Technology & App Development

  • Assist with app development, updates, troubleshooting, and testing
  • Collaborate with developers or work independently on small‑scale builds
  • Provide technical support across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline business processes
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing

Create and manage content across major social platforms

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
  • Track analytics and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth
  • Support branding, online presence, and digital outreach

Qualifications

  • Strong background in business administration or related field
  • Proven technical skills; comfortable with software, apps, and digital tools
  • Experience with app development (any platform or language is a plus)
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with UI/UX design
  • Graphic design or video editing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or automation tools
  • Basic coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Swift, Kotlin)
