Job Summary:
Goodyear Napanee is offering a number of Summer Student contracts to individuals interested in working in a manufacturing environment this summer. This contract will provide full-time employment on a 12hr rotating shift (42hrs/wk), from May – September (Labour Day). Students will be working in a Production Technician capacity, working along side our full-time Goodyear Team Members.

Eligibility:

  • Enrolled in an active post-secondary education program or be moving into a post-secondary educational program within the next year (proof of enrollment required)
  • Willing to work flexible hours on a continuous operations shift schedule which will be assigned based on business needs
  • New applicants must be able to start the work program by the 2nd week in May 2026 or earlier
