Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team! As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the dental office. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

– Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
– Answer phone calls, texts and emails to meet patients’ needs
– Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
– Collect payments and provide accurate financial information to patients
– Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

– Educate patients on comprehensive dentistry
– Oversee front desk operations and ensure a smooth workflow
– Offer support to the team when needed within your scope of abilities
– Bringing a Can-Do attitude to work and the team

Qualifications:

– Previous experience working in a dental office setting preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
– Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues
