We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Service Administrator to support our technical, quality, operational, and financial teams.  This role acts as a key communication link between internal departments and customers, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant information flow across the business.

The successful candidate will support technical documentation, customer inquiries, departmental tracking, audit preparation, and financial reconciliations, while also assisting with marketing and retail initiatives as required.  This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Core Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative, technical, quality, or service support role, preferably in manufacturing, food, or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple departments (QA, R&D, logistics, sales, finance, or operations)
  • Experience handling customer inquiries involving technical or product-related information

Technical & Documentation Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage technical documents, specifications, and change records
  • Experience supporting product documentation, or technical records
  • Strong documentation control and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail

Communication & Coordination:

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience acting as a liaison between customers, sales, and technical teams
  • Evidence of responsiveness, follow-up, and issue ownership

Organization & Time Management:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong organizational systems for tracking tasks, requests, and deadlines

Financial & Administrative Competency:

  • Experience supporting departmental spend tracking, AP/AR, or reconciliations
  • Exposure to month-end or reporting activities is a strong asset

Compliance & Audit Support:

  • Experience supporting or preparing for audits or compliance programs (GFSI, food safety, fiscal, health and safety, or similar)
  • Understanding of the importance of accuracy, traceability, and compliance

Soft Skills & Work Style Indicators:

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a support role with high accountability
  • Adaptable and willing to assist with marketing, events, or cross-functional initiatives as needed
