Job Description:

We are an established home staging and downsizing company seeking a Lead Stager to oversee staging projects from consultation through installation.  This is a leadership role for someone who is organized, confident managing people, and has a strong eye for design and spatial layout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct staging consultations with homeowners and realtors
  • Plan staging layouts and select furniture and décor from our warehouse inventory
  • Lead staging installations with a crew of 3–4 team members
  • Ensure projects run efficiently and meet company standards
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and staging inventory
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and real estate professionals

Qualifications:

  • Strong design sense and understanding of furniture scale, balance, and styling for resale
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to conduct consultations diplomatically with homeowners
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in home staging, interior design, real estate, or a related field is an asset

About the Role:

Our company completes approximately 12–15 staging projects per month and operates from a 5,000 sq. ft. staging warehouse with a dedicated install team.  The successful candidate will oversee staging projects from consultation and planning through installation.

Full-time, Permanent

Hours may vary based on client demand and operational needs.

Company Car, Paid Time off

Wage: $32.00 – 35.00 / hour, depending on skills and experience, to be negotiated
