Chuck’s Roadhouse Belleville is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess. As the first and last point of contact for their guests, you are the face of the restaurant. You will be part of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace our Guest Obsessed culture to create positive and memorable guest experiences
  • Welcome guests warmly by opening the door, smiling, and making eye contact as they enter
  • Seat guests at their own pace, providing the appropriate menu(s) to each guest
  • Communicate with servers and managers regarding table availability, seating of large parties, or special requests to ensure seamless service
  • Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction
