CMT Technician – Mechanic (AVN)

Put your military-grade skills to work supporting the RCAF CC130J Hercules fleet. We’re looking for a qualified AVN Tech with a strong background in aircraft maintenance, ideally with DND or military experience.

Duties Include:

  • Carry out inspections, repairs, modifications, and overhauls on the CC130J
  • Follow all maintenance and documentation protocols in line with DND, Transport Canada (CARS), and Technical
  • Airworthiness Manual (TAM) standards
  • Ensure safe return-to-service conditions
  • Support and guide junior technicians as needed
  • Uphold the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, and accountability

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance (AVN)
  • AME-M License or equivalent DND trade certification/authorization
  • Familiarity with CC130 B-H or J models is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to follow detailed procedures, lead by example, and maintain team morale
  • Eligible for Controlled Goods and Secret-level security clearance (Canadian Citizens/PRs only)
