Requirements:

  • OMVIC Licensed
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Social media savvy and confident in marketing yourself
  • Previous automotive or sales experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional experiences for clients from first contact to delivery
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Follow up with leads and clients through calls, emails, and texts
  • Use social media and personal marketing tools to grow your network
  • Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Handle showroom traffic and online inquiries professionally
  • Participate in dealership events, sales promotions, and training sessions
  • Support overall dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
