Benton Fry Ford Belleville is expanding and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for business development, market analysis, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical sales or related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in customer service principles and practices
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management
  • Analyze sales data to assess performance and make informed decisions
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
