Belleville Volkswagen, part of the Boyer Auto Group, is looking for a Class A Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a family-owned business that has proudly served the community for over 40 years.

We are a busy, high-volume dealership and need a technician with strong skills in electrical systems and diagnostics. Factory training and ongoing support are provided. We offer a family-style work environment where teamwork, safety, and a positive attitude matter. Benefits are available, and pay will depend on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles using advanced tools and adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identify mechanical issues, and perform precise repairs.
  • Maintain an orderly and safe work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with the service team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhance skills by staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair methods.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as an auto technician with a background in diagnostics and repairs.
  • Expertise in using diagnostic equipment and performing repairs with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Volkswagen or Audi training is an asset.

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

  • Volkswagen or Audi: 1 year (preferred)
  • Automotive diagnostics: 5 years (preferred)
  • Automotive repair: 5 years (preferred)
