Position Summary
The Belleville Senators are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships to join our front office team. This role is responsible for developing new business through sponsorship and premium sales, while also providing world-class service to existing partners. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering creative solutions, and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new corporate partnerships across the Quinte region and beyond.
  • Build tailored sponsorship packages leveraging team assets (in-arena signage, digital media, hospitality, jersey branding, and community programs).
  • Manage and renew assigned partner accounts by delivering measurable results and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with marketing, game operations, and community relations staff to ensure flawless execution of activations.
  • Represent the Belleville Senators at games, networking events, and community initiatives as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hockey calendar.
