"From Our Tandoor to Your Heart."

Are you the kind of person who believes food is a love language? Do you dream in spices, and have an ability to bring sizzling hot, mouthwatering tandoori dishes to life? If so, we want YOU to join our team at BayLeaf, where every meal is a celebration of culture, flavor, and (of course) good vibes.

Who Are We? We’re not your average Indian restaurant. We’re a community hub, a foodie’s dream, and a place where great things happen around the table. We serve up delicious, authentic Indian dishes with a modern twist, and we’re on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Line Cook / Tandoor Person to help bring our culinary magic to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Tandoor Mastery: You’ll be the master of our tandoor, crafting perfectly charred naan, succulent kebabs, and other smoking’ hot specialties that will make our guests come back for more.

Line Cook Genius: From prepping to plating, you’ll be an integral part of the kitchen team, ensuring every dish looks as good as it tastes. You’ll also get to experiment with fresh ingredients and keep things exciting for both our guests and your taste buds!

Spice Control: You’ll know how to handle all levels of heat – from mild to “I can handle anything” – and ensure every dish is perfectly seasoned (no bland food allowed here).

Collaboration: Work closely with a talented and fun team of chefs and kitchen staff, where we support each other, laugh a lot, and share the occasional snack break.

What We’re Looking For:

Tandoor Experience: If you’ve worked with a tandoor before (or are super excited to learn), we want to hear from you! Your skills with naan, kebabs, and grilling meats will make you a rock star in our kitchen.

Passion for Indian Cuisine: If you have a love for authentic Indian flavors, you’re already a step ahead.
Team Player: We’re all about positive energy, so a great attitude and teamwork are key.

Speed & Precision: Our guests are hungry, and we need to deliver quickly, but with care – no short cuts allowed!

Clean & Organized: You know how to keep your station neat and tidy while keeping your focus sharp.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

Cool Vibes: We’re not just about great food – we’re about a fun, collaborative, and welcoming workplace. No stiff, formal vibes here. Just passionate people doing what they love.

Tasty Perks: You’ll get to eat your way through our menu, and trust us, it’s a flavor-packed journey.

Flexibility: Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird, we offer flexible shifts to fit your schedule.

Growth Opportunity: We believe in nurturing talent – if you’re looking to develop your skills and grow in the culinary world, we’ve got your back!

Ready to bring the heat (literally and figuratively)? Apply today and join us in cooking up something extraordinary!
