The Memorial Canteen is a new, independent, full-service restaurant in Belleville, and we’re building our team!

We are looking for experienced Bartenders and Servers who are friendly, reliable, professional, and passionate about providing excellent hospitality. As a new independent restaurant, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of our team from the beginning and help us create the guest experience and culture we want to be known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
  • Process payments accurately
  • Work efficiently during busy service and special events
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
  • Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years table service and/or bartending experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
  • Smart Serve certification required for bartending/alcohol service
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • A genuine interest in hospitality and creating a great guest experience
