Warehouse Associate (Afternoons)

Bardon Supplies is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Afternoons) to join their Belleville team. This is an excellent opportunity to help us build what really matters.

What You Bring to Our Team
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Previous forklift experience considered an asset
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, prepare, and pack customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy in product type and quantity.
  • Verify all picked orders before loading and shipping.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, confirming inventory counts, and placing materials in the appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Load company vehicles and delivery trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring materials are properly secured for transport.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for employees and customers by keeping aisles, shelves,
  • and work areas free from hazards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist with annual inventory counts and related warehouse activities.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
